These Terms of Service apply between the customer and ANSABLY GENERAL TRADING (أنسبلي للتجارة العامة), a Sole Establishment operating under Abu Dhabi Trader Licence CN-5791399. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders and Availability

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Products displayed on the website may be temporarily out of stock, and only products shown as available can be ordered.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order in cases including pricing errors, suspected fraud, misuse, or product-availability issues. If payment was collected for an order we cannot fulfill, the appropriate refund will be arranged.

2. Pricing and Charges

Prices are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED). Any applicable taxes, delivery charges, or other charges are shown before the customer confirms checkout.

Prices and promotions may change without prior notice, but changes do not affect a completed order except where required to correct an evident error.

3. Payments

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation, unless another payment method is specifically offered at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to operational or external factors. Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery and contact information.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer when the order is delivered to the address provided.

5. Order Cancellation

An order may be cancelled before fulfillment. Once fulfilled or handed to the carrier, cancellation may no longer be available.

6. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. Eligible change-of-mind returns for non-excluded items may be requested within 14 days from delivery, subject to the policy conditions and exclusions.

Ordinary change-of-mind returns after delivery are not available for food and consumables. These exclusions do not remove applicable consumer rights for damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, spoiled, expired, leaking, or materially misdescribed/non-conforming items.

7. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, images, ingredients, weights, and prices accurate. Manufacturers may change packaging, ingredients, or specifications without notice. Customers should review the physical product label before use or consumption, especially for allergens and storage instructions.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring someone is available to receive the order when required.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under UAE law. To the extent permitted by law, Ansably is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products.

10. Privacy

Use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
