At Ansably, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality products.
Returns
Due to the nature of the food, beverage, confectionery, and consumable products we sell, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are fulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled or handed over to the shipping carrier, cancellation is no longer available.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ansably.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the affected item(s)
- A brief description of the issue
We will review each case individually and, where appropriate, provide one of the following:
- A replacement item
- Store credit
- A refund
Non-Returnable Items
All food, beverages, confectionery, snacks, personal care products, opened items, used items, gift cards, and clearance items are non-returnable.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times depend on your payment provider.
